Choc Hazelnut Brownie Slice Recipe

Hazelnut + Chocolate + Brownie. We couldn't think of a better combo! This slice is absolutely every bit drool worthy…with a thick gooey hazelnut filling & brownie base, you will not be able to pass this up!
The best part about this recipe is the base. It's only 2 ingredients…say what?!
Yep. Two ingredients:
- Sweet Nutrients Chocolate Brownie Raw Treat Mix
- 4 tsp of water

Ingredients ✨
Base:
- 1 pack of @sweetnutrients chocolate brownie raw treat mix
- 4 tbsp water
Caramel:
- 160g medjool dates
- 80g raw cashews (soaked in boiling water 25 mins)
- 75ml almond milk (or plant milk of choice)
- 50g Choc Hazelnut Spread
- 30g rice malt syrup
- 70g coconut oil
- 4g vanilla extract
Topping:
- 25g cacao powder
- 35g coconut oil
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Method ✨
- Combine @sweetnutrients base mix & syrup with water & hand mix. Transfer to lined dish & press until evenly distributed.
- Place caramel layer ingredients into a food processor & blend until smooth. Transfer to base layer & spread evenly over base. Place in fridge for a few mins while you make the topping.
- Mix cacao, melted coconut oil & maple syrup in a bowl to create the chocolate topping. Remove slice from the fridge & apply topping.
- Place in fridge or freezer for a few hours to set & ENJOY! ✨
